I perceive that iD Tech Camp has simply contracted with Caltech to hold its camp on the Caltech campus, and that Caltech has no involvement in the camp, including but not limited to, no supervision or teaching of my youngster. I perceive that my child’s participation in iD Tech Camp is totally voluntary. I further perceive that there are inherent dangers of damage, serious bodily harm, or demise related to the iD Tech Camp.

I perceive that Loyola isn't affiliated with the Organization and that Loyola isn't a sponsor or co-sponsor of the Conference, however is merely allowing the Organization to make use of its services for the Conference. I have read and understand the foregoing and affirm that my student is collaborating within the Conference of his/her own free will. I understand that the iD Tech Camp is a separate entity from, and by no means associated to, Caltech.

In this case, iD Tech could cancel all remaining packages and no refund might be issued. iD Tech strives to keep up glorious relationships with students.

I and my pupil perceive that iD Tech reserves the right to cancel my pupil’s iD Tech Online product with none prior warning for violating any of the terms of the Code of Conduct. Refunds won't be given for merchandise canceled for failure of the scholar or the father or mother to abide by the Code of Conduct. I also acknowledge that upon workers statement of my scholar throughout an iD Tech Online program, they might decide that the program just isn't an acceptable and/or productive surroundings for my student.
